Who we are

The short answer

We do not collect any personal data. There is nothing to opt out of, nothing for us to delete and nothing we could hand over if asked, because none of it is ever sent to us.

The app

The game does not send anything anywhere. It carries no advertising SDK, no analytics or telemetry service and no crash reporter, and nothing in it contacts a server — ours or anyone else’s.

One detail, stated exactly rather than loosely: the game’s sound engine is a general-purpose library that is also able to fetch audio over the internet. Cozy Puzzle Garden never uses it that way — every sound is read from the app’s own files — and an automated check in our build fails if that ever changes.

• No accounts and no sign-in. You never give us an email address, a username or a password, because there is nowhere to give one.
• No identifiers. We do not create, read or store a device ID, an advertising ID or any other identifier.
• No tracking. Nothing in the game follows you between apps or across the web.
• No ads. The game has never shown an advertisement and is designed never to.

What is stored on your device

Your garden, your progress through the puzzles, your place in a puzzle you have not finished and your settings are saved in a file inside the game’s own storage on your phone. That file stays on your phone: the game never uploads it, and we cannot read it.

Deleting the app removes it, and so does clearing the app’s storage from your phone’s settings on Android. Depending on how your phone is set up, your own device backup (iCloud or your Android backup service) may include that file — that backup is between you and Apple or Google, and it is governed by their terms, not ours.

Purchases

The game is free, and the current release sells nothing. If optional purchases are added in a later release, they will be handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play. Payment details go to Apple or Google, never to Doraventi, and we would receive no card number, billing address or similar information.

This website

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. It loads no third-party fonts, scripts, embeds, trackers or pixels — everything it needs is served from cozypuzzlegarden.com. There are no forms on it, so there is no way for you to send us anything except by writing to us directly.

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel’s servers record ordinary request logs — including your IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser’s user-agent string — which it keeps for a limited period for security and operational reasons. That is standard web-server logging, we do not use it to build any profile of you, and we do not combine it with anything else.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages. It collects nothing from anybody, whatever their age, so there is no children’s data for us to handle differently, and no age gate to pass.

Your rights

Privacy law in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom and elsewhere gives you rights to see, correct, export or delete the personal data a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to show you, correct, export or erase.

The only data that exists is the save file on your own device, and it is yours: deleting the app deletes it, as does clearing the app’s storage on Android. If your phone’s backup has taken a copy, that copy is managed through your phone’s backup settings rather than by us.

We do not sell or share personal information, as those terms are used in United States state privacy laws, because we do not have any.

Changes to this policy

If the game or this website ever starts collecting anything, this policy will be updated before that change ships, and the effective date at the top will change with it. We will not quietly begin collecting data under an old policy.
